English Poker Open 2010 Terms and Conditions:

1. Players must be 18 years of age to participate.

2. Employees and immediate family members of employees of Power Entertainment the Cake Poker Network and its associated companies are not eligible to take part in the Promotion.

3. PowerPoker reserves the right to alter, modify or terminate the Promotion and/or these Terms at any time, without notice (written or verbal) where it is reasonable to do so or for reasons beyond the Promoter's control. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility or liability for any late or undelivered entries or registrations, notifications or communications or for any form of technical failure, error, malfunction or difficultly or for any other event beyond its reasonable control that may cause the operation of the Promotion to be disrupted, unavailable or incorrect.

4. Players may not transfer, sell or award their PowerPoker English Poker Open event prize package to anyone else.

5. Players unable to attend the live event September 11th to 14th or who fail to show, will be posted and folded and their main event seat will be considered forfeited.

6. Players receive an English Poker Open Main Event buy-in (includes fee) valued at $5,350 USD.

7. Players are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements.

8. PowerPoker agrees to pay $1,650 USD to the winner’s PowerPoker Account .

9. Winning players on PowerPoker.com agree to the Terms and Conditions of the Mayfair Casino and the English Poker Open.

10. Players agree to wear PowerPoker Apparel during their English Poker Open poker table time, including any televised appearances, when applicable in the event.

11. One English Open Poker prize Package per player will be permitted.

12. PowerPoker management decisions are final.
