Malta Poker Open Terms & Conditions

• Only one winning package per player.

• Players must be of legal age to participate in both the online and live tournaments.

• 1,000 raked hands have to be played within the following dates for tournament entry eligibility:
Tournament 1 – 00:00:00 GMT 1st August to 23:59:59 GMT 15th August
Tournament 2– 00:00:00 GMT 16th August to 23:59:59 GMT 31st August
Tournament 3 – 00:00:00 GMT 1st September to 23:59:59 GMT 15th September
Tournament 4– 00:00:00 GMT 16th September to 23:59:59 GMT 30th September

• Qualifying tournament dates and time are as follows:
Tournament 1 –August 18th at 18.00GMT
Tournament 2– September 3rd at 18.00 GMT
Tournament 3 - September 18th at 18.00 GMT
Tournament 4– October 3rd at 18.00 GMT

• Any player found manipulating software and/or acting in a fraudulent manner will be excluded from the promotion at the sole discretion of PowerPoker.

• The qualifying players from each tournament will be issued a ‘tournament ticket’ to their PowerPoker account and they will be able to register for the MPO tournament be clicking on ‘register’ and redeeming their ticket.

• All tournament tickets will be credited to players’ accounts within 24 hours of qualifying rounds end.

• As part of the MPO package, each tournament winner will receive air travel tickets, 5 days accommodation in St.Julians Malta, entry to a pre tournament party along other participants and PowerPoker clothing gear.

• PowerPoker reserves the right to use pictures, videos and interviews from this event for promotional purposes.

• PowerPoker reserves the right to change, alter, postpone or terminate this promotion at any time.

• It is the individual winner's responsibility to ensure that all travel documents (passport and visa, as required) are in order and to obtain any required travel and medical insurance. Lack of proper travel documents may be grounds for disqualification. It is the winners responsability to make air travel arrangements. PowerPoker is responsible for accommodation booking.

• PowerPoker shall in no way be liable for any injuries, losses, damages or expenses suffered or incurred by any winner of a Package as a direct or indirect result of accepting the Package and participating in this event.

• In the case a player forfeits his MPO package the winnings will go to the player who placed 2nd in the qualifying tournament.

• Players competing in the Malta Poker Open agree to wear at least one visible piece of PowerPoker logo gear, when applicable, during all time spent in the poker room.

• MPO packages are not redeemable for cash.

• PowerPoker management decisions are final.
