For players who enjoy frequent gambling, it is not uncommon to occasionally overspend their budget. We advise all players to make specific budget plans to ensure their gambling expenditures do not exceed their affordable limits.


PowerPoker provides tools to help you control your gaming. You can establish limits on the amount you deposit over a given period, be it daily, weekly or monthly. Requests to tighten your limits will take effect immediately, whereas requests to loosen those limits will be addressed within a 24 hour period. You can set these limits when you first create your account, or you can change them anytime thereafter by visiting the PowerPoker Cashier. From the Cashier, click on the 'Limits' button at the top of the screen, and a page will be displayed where you can set your daily, weekly and monthly spending limits.


If you believe you have a gambling problem, or just wish to take an enforced break from gaming, PowerPoker gives you the power to temporarily, or permanently, exclude yourself from playing at the site.

If you choose to exclude yourself permanently your request will be honored, your account closed, and you will not be permitted to return to PowerPoker at anytime in future. If you choose to request a temporary exclusion, your request will be honored and you may apply for reinstatement at a later date, as per your set instructions.

You can exclude yourself from playing at PowerPoker by visiting the PowerPoker Cashier. Once at the Cashier, click on the 'Limits' button at the top of the screen and a page will be displayed where you can select a two day, one month or six month self exclusion. Upon the expiry of the requested period of exclusion, your account will be unlocked automatically.


To play poker at PowerPoker you must be at least 18 years old, or of legal age to gamble in the jurisdiction in which you reside, whichever is greater. We do employ a series of checks to ensure that no person under legal age has access to our live gaming facilities. Providing inaccurate or dishonest information about a player's age will result in forfeiture of any winnings and may result in civil and/or criminal prosecution.

In order to protect minors from accessing the site we do recommend that responsible players install Internet Filtering Software on their computers. Employing a filtering software program will allow players to control the type of content that is displayed as well as block specific websites and set up passwords to prevent access to PowerPoker by any underage players with access to your computer.
